Whether you are overusing or neglecting your body, coming back after an injury or the marathon of birth, or starting to feel the aging process, you can feel better, stronger, healthier and happier in your body on a regular basis. Working together, we will create an exercise plan tailored exclusively for you, so that you can forge a new path toward sustainable wellbeing.

While it is true that our bodies are quite amazing in their capacity to heal and adapt, we often take advantage of this pushing ourselves to extremes. Through over working out, sitting all day, or even just general stresses the body is constantly being challenged, and sometimes it just needs a little extra TLC to bring it back to balance.  

In addition to reaching more personal goals, my training techniques in general will help you increase flexibility, muscle tone, posture and alignment, range of motion, sleep, overall well-being, and core strength. I can also help you decrease general aches and pains, give you tools to relieve tension and stress, decrease the risk of injury, and help slow down the aging process.  Welcome to the new definition of fitness!


The Thriving Body Program

This program is meant for those who know they will not be as successful working on their own. It is for those who are interested in working more than once a week and are ready to make some major changes in their bodies and their lives. Many of your goals will be achieved by the end of this program, and you should feel confident to continue your progress on your own if you choose. You will feel more comfortable in your body, you will have a better awareness and control of general aches and pains. You will see and feel changes in your body. You will have tools you can use for the rest of your life to live a pain free, active, and healthy life.

  • Ten 60 minute in home sessions (or 55 minute sessions in my home studio - Ditmas Park/Flatbush Brooklyn)
  • Assessments may include understanding inefficient movement patterns, postural issues, pain levels, and other issues such as diastasis recti so that we can actively track improvements.
  • Full exercise routines tailored to your body, your posture, your lifestyle, your aches and pains
  • Personalized handouts or recordings to help you continue improvements between sessions
  • Email and phone support

The Thriving Body Program must be completed within 12 weeks.


Launch Pad

This program is meant to give you a kick start in the right direction. You may not achieve all of your goals by the end of this program, but you will have a plan in place to reach them.  At the end of this program you should feel confident to continue your progress on your own if you choose. You will feel more comfortable in your body, you will have a better awareness and control of general aches and pains. You will begin to see and feel changes in your body. You will have tools you can use for the rest of your life to live a pain free, active, and healthy life.

Introduction / Check-Up

  • A single 60 minute private session in your home/office or home gym
  • First session will be 75 minutes to include time for paperwork, assessment, and goalsetting
  • Movement program designed around your body, your posture, and your aches and pains
  • General handouts to help you on your own
